TRUMP ADMINISTRATION EXTENDS RUSSIA SANCTIONS GENERAL LICENSE 13

US CONTINUES ALLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE PAYMENTS TO RUSSIA'S CENTRAL BANK, OTHER INSTITUTIONS

On Tuesday the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control issued Russia-Related General License 13N, allowing administrative and tax payments to Russian institutions, including the Russian Central Bank.

The license continues licenses issued under the Biden administration allowing for tax and other administrative payments to Russian institutions, preventing the Russian State from seizing foreign companies and assets in Russia for failure to pay taxes and fees owed the Russian government.
